I have no experience with the 904 Duplex in these so one of the whippersnappers here will have to join in.
I have been told that it's a 604 with 421 cone. Anyway, the 421 was an excellent mid-bass. So this could be an excellent set to implement subs with. Prolly need diaphrangus change. Yer on yer own from here. But for 800 clams...

So, If a person had a super tweeter on top, would there really be anything wrong with the symbiotik diaphragm? I like the idea of 150 watts rms.
